I have several Outlook 2011 BPOS users complain that their outgoing emails are placed in the drafts folder. When I take a look at the error reporting I see the following:
3/23/11 9:00 am - Connection to the server failed or was dropped.
3/23/11 9:14 am - HTTP error. The resource is not found.
3/23/11 9:53 am - An operation on the server timed out. The server may be down, overloaded, or they may be too much net traffic.
3/23/11 12:15 pm - HTTP error. The resource is not found.
3/23/11 3:26 pm - HTTP error the Post data is too large.
3/23/11 3:40 pm - Connection to the server failed or was dropped.
3/23/11 5:45 pm - An operation on the server timed out. The server may be down, overloaded, or they may be too much net traffic.
Currently they are manually configured to use https://red001.mail.microsoftonline.com. The domain in question is not in coexistence mode.
