I cannot manually configure Outlook 2010 to connect to my domain.onmicrosoft.com Exchange server.
The first user, all went well. Launched Outlook 2010 auto discovered username and works just fine.
For any other user on any other computer or the same computer, the auto discovery fails, I get an error message "The connection to Microsoft Exhange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connectd to complete this action." I click ok and it prompts for Microsoft Exchange Server:
and Mailbox. (I do not know what to enter) tried "domain".onmicrosoft.com no luck.
Outlook web works just fine when logged on the portal as that user, but I cannot get Outlook on the local computer to connect.
Looked at the account of the one that is working and it shows BL2PRD0610.mailbox.outlook.com as the server andusername@protech365.onmicrosoft.com as the User Name.
